The Employment Rights of Disabled Folks Are Guaranteed by Law

At work, all of us should have equal opportunities and fair treatment regardless of one’s race, age, sex, sexual orientation, or incapacities. It's a person’s inherent right to work and have career expansion in an environment free of victimization or discrimination. But despite the proven fact that staff are defended by law, sadly discrimination still exists today. Discrimination in the workplace is still a concern and a pressing one at that. Any type of office discrimination prevents staff from performing efficiently and achieving career and individual expansion.
This kind of prejudice is an indication of an unhealthy and dangerous working environment. Employment discrimination based on incapacities is a problem that requires special attention. Folks with physical and psychological impairments ought to have an equal chance to employment just like any person else. A medical incapacity shouldn't be a barrier for an individual to have an opportunity to work and make money. Physical and mental impairment shouldn't be a prohibiting factor for a person to have an opportunity for employment. As stated in the abovementioned law, FEHA needs employers to accommodate job hopefuls or workers that are suffering from disabilities to permit them to carry out the mandatory tasks of the job.
These laws help people with incapacities to have standard roles and have equivalent work opportunities just like other citizens. People with impairments should not be shrugged aside because of their disabilities. They can be as qualified as any other candidate. Bosses should give them an opportunity in the office, not just because the law announces therefore but because despite any physical or psychological impairment they're regularly qualified to handle the job. Many disabled folks in reality are even more qualified and competent in delivering results than employees without any incapacities.
